In response to John 15: 1-11, I am starting a short series on 'the Vine'. The concept of the life being in and from the vine (or in Scripture, the Vine, representing Christ) is an encouragement as well as a challenge to me.

John 15:4 (AMP) Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me.
